I'm combining days 6 and 7 (rest days) so I can get on the M W F workout schedule.
Today I treated myself to a chocolate frosted donut for breakfast, and we are attending a party with pizza and cake this afternoon. I'll try to keep it below 1500, but today might just end up being "treat day". So much for watching the macros.
I had a headache. Slept most of the evening away. Woke up hungry and ate 2 chocolate donuts rather than cook. I'm ashamed. :/
