W1D4: Active Recovery
-3/4 mile elliptical, slow pace, 22 minutes (I hate the elliptical!)
-1:17 plank from knees
-Bow and arrow pulls, 3 x sets of 10 each side
-Side crunches, 10 each side
-Jump squats, 1 set 10
Exercise, cardio only: -110
Adjusted the foot pedals on the elliptical. I think that adjustment combined with wearing a size larger shoe (as advised by Karen from the MPCP Facebook page) will help with my loathing of the machine... we'll see.
Despite being "low" on calories today, I am not hungry. I really screwed up the macros today, though...
