Starting over week 5, where I left off.
Of course, I forgot my booklet... So today's workout was:
5 minutes treadmill warmup
10-1 leg press 110 lbs
10-1 chest press 30 lbs
10-1 leg curls 40 lbs
Looking back in my blog, I see it was supposed to be deadlift and push. I say close enough. ;)
