I've had some time off... Tracked calories but didn't work out.
Today was my first day at the gym. I warmed up on the treadmill for 12 minutes at 3.5 mph
10-1 set of leg press, 110lb
10-1 set of leg extensions at 30 lb
10-1 set of rows at 30 lbs
19 flies at 30 lbs
All in all I'm happy with gym day 1.
